Term 4 Week 8: 23 November 2021
From the Principal...
Dear Parents/Caregivers,
Welcome to week 8.
We are cruising towards the end of the year, but at warp speed!
Our IT guru, Jason Harrison has begun clearing the Chromebooks and we will be in contact with interested parties in the coming days.
We will finalise the invitation numbers for the rite of Passage by Thursday and send out information to attendees. If you are yet to RSVP, can you please do so as soon as possible.
Our students have begun practising for the end of year concert and Carols event on Thursday 2nd December. The night will take place at the school rather than the hall, to give us more room to move and account for a larger audience. Please BYO supper and Chairs.
Thank you in advance to the Rogers boys who will look after the chickens for the holidays. They are going to love your cuddles.
Till next week.

In P/1/2 we love books, last week Miss Margy invited the students to an amazing book tasting. The students were able to sample a number of different books ranging from non-fiction to fiction. They enjoyed there time at the book restaurant and walked away with a number of new books they’d like to read.

We have been getting out the recorders to practice for our end of year concert (aka Christmas Carols!). We know that recorder can be tricky at first, but with lots of practice, we hope to sound amazing and make all our wonderful guests proud. We hope to see you at our concert next week!

Clues and keys, words and searches, rooms to be unlocked. These are all a part of the escape room puzzles we have been enjoying over the past week. These puzzles have been testing our knowledge of figurative language, multiplication, and logic puzzles.
